Justin Bieber is precisely 640 days away from his 21st birthday, but that did not stop him from partying at three NYC nightclubs Wednesday night. TMZ reports the 19-year-old hit up Avenue, Marquee, and then 1 Oak in the Big Apple, even though he's a minor. There's also video footage of him at said venues. Hmm.

TMZ did some digging and discovered that all three clubs were advertising 21+ nights Wednesday. Now, there could be a loophole — the venues could have a license to allow minors in, but chose to make it a 21+ night. So far, the places haven't returned calls from the outlet.

As for Bieber, he looked like he was having a fine night in his black tank top, tons of chains, backwards hat, sunglasses, and lollipop. Yes, lollipop. If you're going to be the only minor at a nightclub, perhaps leave the kiddie candy at home? Just a thought.
