Tiffany was born at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas, in 1980. Her parents are Licerio and Nanette Limos. She attended St. Pius X school in Dallas. Her acting debut was in Ken Park (2002).

Tiffany didn't have acting experience prior to being in movies. She later attended Lee Strasberg and Stella Adler's acting studios.
