Mini Biography

Liam Carroll was born in Manhattan Beach, California after his grandparents immigrated to the United States from Ireland. He currently resides there with his parents Siobhan and Timothy Carroll and younger siblings, sister Norah and brother Ronan.

Liam Carroll began performing on stage at Family Theater Inc., Hermosa Beach when he was 10 years old. His television career began in 2014 with a guest star role on The Neighbors before landing his series regular role as Jared on the TBS hit series The Detour.

He has also guest starred on TBS' Angie Tribeca and enjoys writing - being down-to-earth and creative are just two of many positive characteristics associated with Liam.

A Californian native and avid hockey fan, Liam has even named his dog, Stanley after The Stanley Cup. He played hockey for the Junior Kings for six years and in his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends, going to Tempest, body surfing, jumping on the trampoline, playing soccer and bottle flipping - basically, anything that has him active and outdoors!
