Hannah Montana Star Arrested for DUI

While one Disney star just made headlines for getting engaged, another is making them for reportedly breaking the law.
Mitchel Musso, who played one of Miley Cyrus's sidekicks on Hannah Montana, was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of DUI, according to police.
With a blood-alcohol level "well over" the legal limit of .08, Burbank, Calif., Sgt. Sean Kelly told the Burbank Leader that Musso "drove through [an] intersection and failed to do what [an] officer instructed him to do."
Because Musso, 20, is not of legal drinking age (which is 21), Kelly said any alcohol in his body would be considered illegal.
Musso, who was pulled over in his black 2007 Mercedes Benz at the time of his arrest, posted $5,000 bail and was released from jail.
