Kizzy is a singer, songwriter, poet, TV presenter and actress. She was born in the Netherlands. She moved to the Island of Curaçao at the age of 4 years old and became a teen idol due to her poetry, theater shows, music hits and TV shows. She moved the US and graduated from Berklee College of music, but also took ballet and acting classes at the Boston Conservatory and at Emerson College. In Boston she became a popular TV personality hosting several TV, entertainment, music, and beauty shows. The Improper Bostonian Magazine named her one of 'Boston's Top Ten most eligible Bachelorettes' and she was featured on the cover of the magazine. After living in the United States for 11 years, Kizzy has moved back to Holland where she continues to grace the biggest stages and shows as a triple-threat actor, singer, writer, poet and TV presenter.

Before her popularity as an actress and TV personality in the US, Kizzy was a successful actress, TV host and recording artist with her own TV shows, stage shows, and hit songs in the Netherlands Antilles.
She first won 'Best Actress' at the age of 7, at the 'Voordrachts Webstrijd', the Annual Kids Acting Competition in Curacao in 1986.

One of Kizzy's published poems was "Nederland Schreeuwt Om Kunst En Cultuur". Kizzy was invited to recite her poem at the official 'Nederland Schreeuwt Om Cultuur' event in 2011.
One of Kizzy's first published poems was 'Als' (Dutch for 'If'). Kizzy was invited to recite this poem about tolerance, peace and human rights at the official Amnesty International event in 1988.
Kizzy started taking her first piano lessons when she was 7 years old and guitar lessons when she was 12 years old.
When Kizzy moved back to the Netherlands after her 11 year American adventure, she entered and graduated from Beauty School and became a professional Makeup Artist and certified Beauty Adviser.
