A professional model since the age of 3, Zachary has modeled for such heavyweights as Nike, Mattel, Macy's, Warner Brothers and Disney. At age 4, Zachary starred in a national commercial for Carnation Instant Breakfast and, soon after, appeared in the Oxygen Network original sketch comedy series, "Without Pants", twice. Since those humble beginnings, he has not stopped working.
At age 6, he co-starred with Ted Danson in CBS's "Becker" (1998), as well as CBS's mid-season replacement, "Kate Brasher" (2001), starring Mary Stuart Masterson and Hector Elizondo. Zachary is indeed one great little actor. He has since added a few more credits to his little resume. Filming more commercials, including Hasbro for Monsters Inc., and co-starring on WB's teen hit, "Roswell" (1999), as well as UPN's hot show, "The Parkers" (1999) with Mo'Nique and Countess Vaughn, in which he portrayed "Junie", a miniature hood-rat in the making. Zachary also stars in the first Nickelodeon original movie of the week, Maniac Magee (2003) (TV) with Kyla Pratt and Michael Angarano. It didn't take him long before landing his first television pilot, Pieces of the Puzzle (2000) for Nickelodeon.
Now with his sitcom "Romeo!" (2003) and a starring movie role in Honey (2003) under his belt, Zachary is already a hit in Hollywood!
His most exciting role to play is that of Romeo Miller's lil'brother, "Gary Miller", for four seasons. Gary is the businessman of the family who also happens to be the D.J. in the families band, "The Romeo Show", in Nickelodeon's hit sitcom "Romeo!" (2003), produced by rap mogul Master P.
Zachary shot his very first feature film lead at eight years in Universal Studios' Honey (2003). Zachary received raved reviews for his portrayal of "Raymond", a sad - sweet gifted kid from the hood who forms a special friendship with "Honey" (Jessica Alba). The film also stars Jessica Alba, Mekhi Phifer and Lonette McKee and is directed by music video-famed director, Bille Woodruff.
Most recently, Zachary has filmed two movies for DVD, Crush on U (2007) (V) and God's Gift (2000), both co-starring Romeo Miller. He also just finished filming his own pilot, "Calvin and Freddie's Cosmic Encounters", a "Men in Black" for kids with his older brother Oren Williams and joined the ABC Family Channel's drama "Lincoln Heights" (2006) in a recurring role as "Malik Dobbers". When not before the camera, Zachary likes to give back to the community; whether it's Bowling for Aids, playing basketball for Autism, or speaking to a group of 4th graders at a local school. At home, Zachary is just a regular kid doing homework, chores, hanging out with friends and shooting 3-pointers for his traveling basketball team.
